Claudia Losi’s performance, titled “Il viaggio dei sottili” , took place at sunset on Saturday, May 10, transforming the woodland of Monte dei Cappuccini into an open-air theater—a space for relating to the non-human, and for opening up to the unknown and the imagination.

Through a unique and moving experience—a slow-paced walk among the trees and vegetation of the woods surrounding the Museum—participants journeyed through light and shadow, interspecies silhouettes, and hybrid sounds vocalized by performer and singer Sara Bertolucci.

“Il viaggio dei sottili” crystallizes the physical and mental concept of drift and openness to alterity, as well as those of participation and co-creation. These elements lie at the core of a broader reflection by the artist, centered on shifting thought from an anthropocentric to a biocentric perspective.
