The cerebral mass of the largest of the fin whales can be up to about seven times that of a human. A very complex organ that is anatomically structured to emphasize humor, emotional self-control and abstract thought. Little to nothing is known about the thought capacity of these animals. They emit sounds at a very low frequency that can travel for hundreds of kilometers.
